It’s cold and miserable outside and we need some feel good mood boosters in order to feel better, don’t we? How about having some spring in Winter?

If you think  of Spring often and of dream of spring warm sun and beautiful flowers, you are in the right place. We are going to try Spring Blossom Photo Meditation to get rid of winter blues during cold winter days.


Sit in a cozy place to feel warm and comfortable, close your eyes and imagine spring tree branches on a sunny Spring day.

Inhale on a count 4

Exhale on a count of 5

Keep on breathing…..

Breathe in energy, breathe out anxiety…

Breathe in peace, breathe out our anger…

Open your eyes and look at the Spring Blossom photos. Pick the one you like the most.

Keep on breathing.

Look at the picture closely paying attention to all the details on the picture: colors, shapes, light, shadows.

Can you smell the blossom?

Can you feel the spring breeze?

Can you feel warm bright sunlight?

Close your eyes and try to imagine yourself under the Spring tree.

Do you feel warmer, happier, more energized?

Keep on breathing.

Are you feeling better?

Open your  eyes… Can you appreciate bright pastel colors of Spring ?

Take a couple of deep breaths and get back to your daily routine.

 Come back any time you need to escape the reality and visit your happy place under the Spring tree.
