Fine Art Roses Photography to Reduce Stress and Anxiety

Taking a break to stop and look at the fine art photos of roses is a perfect stress relief technique. Healing photo therapy will help you slow down, take a couple of deep breaths, refocus and feel less anxious or overwhelmed during stressful times.

Exercise to help you slow down and refocus with healing photography:

Close your eyes and take a couple of deep breaths.

Open your eyes and keep on breathing …

Look at the pictures of roses and pick the one you like the most at the moment.

How do you feel about it: does it make you feel happier, more at peace or more energized?

Keep on breathing trying to memorize colors and shapes of the flowers.

Close your eyes and imagine the roses you have picked while breathing in and out.

If you feel better, open your eyes and get back to your daily routine.

Come back tomorrow, and look at the photos again, paying attention to all details. You might change your mind about your first pick. Let me know if you have.
