Red Strawberry Photo Meditation
Sit comfortable and start breathing.
Breathe in – breathe out, breathe in – breathe out.
Pay attention to your breathing:
inhale on a count of 4, exhale on a count of 5
Close your eyes and keep on breathing for a couple of minutes.
Open your eyes and look at the Strawberry photographs closely.
Keep on breathing….
Pick the one that you like the most at the moment.
Look at the chosen picture trying to notice all the details : color, shape, light, shadow, and any tiny details you can find.Focus on a healing color red for a while, to get energized and full of love.
How are you feeling? Did the exercise help you refocus and forget your worries for a moment?
Close your eyes and keep on breathing.
Now visualize a strawberry next to you.
Do you think you can touch it and feel all the seeds around? How about its smell? And taste? There is only one word to describe it: delicious. Do you agree?
Keep on breathing….
Breathe in – breathe out, breathe in – breathe out…
Finally, take four -five deep breaths, in and out, and then open the eyes. Sit still and move gently, to enjoy the effects of the meditation as long as possible.
Open your eyes while breathing and smiling.
Are you feeling better?
Very slow get back to your daily routine.
