Coffee Bean Photography Meditation to Feel Happier Today
Today, I would love to share with you my new Coffee Bean Photography Print Set not only to make you smile but also use it for your Coffee Bean Visualization Meditation and Breathing.
Are you a coffee lover or a tea drinker? I drink lots of cups of green tea during a day but I love the smell of fresh made coffee. I literally can stop and smell coffee any time and in any place. It makes me feel cozy, happy, at home.
Coffee Bean Photo Meditation
Sit comfortable in your favorite place.
Close your eyes and start breathing for a couple of minutes paying attention to your breathing only.
Inhale on a count of 4, exhale on a count of 5
Inhale on a count of 5, exhale on a count of 6…. Breathe at your own pace and count.
Open your eyes and look at the Coffee Beans photographs closely.
Keep on breathing….
Pick the one that you like the most at the moment.
Look at the chosen picture trying to notice all the details : color, shape, light, shadow, and any tiny details you can find.
Can you you smell fresh made coffee right now? How does it make you feel?
Keep on breathing….
Are you smiling?
Breathe in – breathe out, breathe in – breathe out…
Finally, take a couple of deep breaths, in and out, and then open your eyes. Sit still for a couple of minutes to enjoy the effects of the meditation.
Are you feeling better? Are you feeling happier? Are you ready to enjoy the rest of your day?
If your answer id YES, it is time to get back to your daily routine.
